EIFS
Exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) is a general class of non-load bearing building cladding systems that provides exterior walls with an insulated, water-resistant, finished surface in an integrated composite material system. Systems similar to EIFS are known as External Wall Insulation System (EWIS) and External Thermal Insulation Cladding System (ETICS).

Torch Applied Waterproofing System
Torch Applied Waterproofing System consists of SBS & APP modified membranes.
This system mostly referred as conventional system for waterproofing. It has great history of being installed in sub-structure, foundations & roofing.
Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) describes a family of synthetic rubber derived from styrene and butadiene. SBS is a thermo plastic elastomer that has an excellent abrasion resistance and aging stability when blended with bitumen, making it the perfect bitumen modifier to achieve cold flexibility and elastic properties.
APP-modified bitumen is a plastic bitumen blend, which is modified using plastic in the form of atactic polypropylene (APP). APP has a high temperature tolerance that makes it more suitable for roofing on residential properties and commercial flat roofs.

Today shotcrete has become a vital material because of it being versatile in shape, high strength, good bonding ability, and durable in areas of difficult access it can be easily sprayed onto a surface at high velocity, making it handy for operation.
Its applications range from slope and surface protection, to renovating existing structures. Shotcrete is applied to a lacerated surface, usually for reasons such as to safeguard a surface which, when left untreated, would erode or which is unstable due to fracturing and defects.
Fireproofing
Fireproofing – A passive fire protection measure – refers to the act of making structures more resistant to fire or the act of applying such materials. In simple terms, Fireproofing is the application of fire retardant cementitious, fibrous, or intumescent products to bare, unprotected structural steel beams, columns or decks of a building. A structural fire can exceed temperatures of 800°C or higher, depending on the severity of the conditions. Temperatures of around 550°C will cause a decline in the load-bearing properties of structural steel. The steel will lose its yield strength and buckle, causing it to bend, twist and ultimately collapse.
Fireproofing provides resistance to fire so that critical steel structures remain standing and critical control systems continue to operate in case of fire until the fire is brought under control. Fireproofing, is used to delay (or even prevent) the failure of steel structures that are exposed to the high temperatures found during a fire. Structural fire protection ensures the stability of structural elements (such as steel beams/columns or timber beams/columns) in a building in case of fire. This is reached by applying adequate products onto the structural element, such as boards, paints or sprays.
Flooring is the general term for a permanent covering of a floor, or for the work of installing such a floor covering. Floor covering is a term to generically describe any finish material applied over a floor structure to provide a walking surface. Both terms are used interchangeably but floor covering refers more to lose-laid materials.
